Mission trip
Overview
The program consists primarily of serving on our Guest Services team as we host retreats during our off-season (August-May).
Additionally, NEXT Residents will get the opportunity to attend consistent sessions aiding their spiritual and leadership development.
NEXT Residents will live in a community of approximately 16 others.

When?
NEXT Residency Dates: August 2024 - May 2025
Early Action: February 1 - 25, 2024
Early Action has an application deadline of February 25. Applying through Early Action allows prospective residents to receive a position sooner (early March).
Prospective residents who apply to Early Action will receive either a contract, deferral, or denial of employment.
Regular Decisions
Applications submitted after February 25 will not be accepted for Early Action. These applications will be processed throughout the Spring.
Applications Close: June 17, 2024
All decisions will be made by July 1, 2024
