Woodlands Camp is concerned about your right to privacy. When you visit the Woodlands Camp website, you can be assured that any information you share with us will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to anyone outside of Forest Home.
Email Addresses
The email addresses provided when making a reservation or requesting information will not be shared with any third parties.
Billing Information
Information provided to make a reservation (including billing name, billing address, telephone number and fax number) will not be shared with or sold to anyone outside of Woodlands Camp. We do not share information with any third party. Credit card numbers and expiration dates used for payments or donations are treated confidentially and will not be shared with anyone outside of Woodlands Camp and the financial institution used to process payments.
Security
We use a Secure Commerce Server to protect your billing information. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypts information and keeps the data private and confidential between your computer and Woodlands Camp. This technology makes it safe to transmit your electronic check number and your credit card number over the Internet.
Look for two security icons, the “s” after “http” in the address line and the lock in the top menu bar and bottom status bar of your browser in Firefox (or in the bottom status bar only in Internet Explorer).
Policy Changes
Woodlands Camp reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy at any time. In the event that we make a material change to our policy we will post a notice of the change on this page.
