How to Apply for NEXT

Step 1: Application

Fill out the NEXT Application. You should receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of applying. If you do not receive this email, contact our office or email Jonathan McNeely at jmcneely@woodlandscamp.org. There may have been a problem submitting your application. Due to the length of the application, we recommend saving responses on Microsoft Word, notes, etc. in case of internet issues.

Applications close June 17, 2024.

All decisions will be made by July 1, 2024.

Step 2: References

Once we receive your application, we will send your references an email containing a reference form for them to fill out. Please tell your references to be looking for this email and to fill it out as soon as they can. Your application is not complete until we have the reference form from both of your references. 

Step 3: One-Way Video Interview

Your application will NOT be considered until we have received your video! 

Once your application has been submitted, you will receive an email from Woodlands Camp asking you to complete a one-way video interview through Spark Hire. You will have to download the Spark Hire app if you are completing the interview on your phone. Before going through the interview, you will need to create an account and watch the tutorial for how Spark Hire works. Afterwards, you will answer 5 questions and submit your video interview to Woodlands Camp.

Step 4: Phone Interview

After we review your video, we will be sending you a link via email to set up a brief phone interview. This phone interview will take no more than 30 minutes.

Step 5: Results

We will contact you by April 10, 2024 if your application was submitted before the early application deadline (February 25, 2024). If your application is submitted after the early application deadline, we will contact you by July 1, 2024. Prospective residents who apply will receive either a contract, deferral, or denial of employment via email.
